Honolulu
Printmakers is a non-profit organization which promotes the appreciation
and understanding of printmaking and print production. Established
in 1928, we are supported by our members, corporations in our community,
and state and private foundations. Honolulu Printmakers provides
the community with a variety of programs and services including:

Exhibitions

Annual juried exhibition for Hawai'i's artists.
· Traveling and exchange exhibitions.
· Special projects featuring book arts, selected media
and themes. |

Print Studio
· Fine
facilities for relief, intaglio, gravure, monotype and lithography.

Annual benefit Gift Print commissioned from a local print artist.
· Print exchange portfolios.
· Mai ka Pohaku: From the Stone lithography series.

Education

Lectures and technical workshops with visiting artists.
· Demonstrations, talks, public open houses.
· Community outreach in local intermediate and high
schools.
· Summer workshops and classes. |
